How do I pay for my order?
Please note, payment will be taken as soon as your order is received - we have to do this in order to get your order moving. If there are any problems with your card, one of our sales team will call you to take care of it for you.
You can pay by cheque
Please call our sales team for details. We will send you a Pro Forma invoice to attach your cheque to and send back by post. This allows us to ensure your order is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alternatively, you can send your order through the post with your cheque to:

Does my order require assembly?
Unless otherwise stated, our furniture will require assembly. This may be minimal such as installation of handles or fitting of wheels. To back up our optional installation service, our customer services team are available to assist with any problems you may experience when opting to self-assemble. If you are unsure how much assembly any given product will require on receipt, our team can also provide this information on request.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We know that from time to time, things don't go 100% to plan. No matter what problem you have, we want to get it sorted as quickly as possible for you.
