My Account lets you manage your account online with us 24/7. That means you can track the progress of your latest order, view recent orders and abandoned . It really is up to you.

Below is a step-by-step guide to what My Account offers you:

1. Summary

After creating an Account, you will have access to your very own My Account dashboard.

From here you can edit your stored account details, add alternative delivery addresses, and view your order and basket activity.

2. My Orders

Use this section to track your orders that have been placed with us and accepted!

The status of the order will be visible beside your order for upto date progress.

You can view order contents along with other information such as the assigned order number. You can use this nay time you need to contact us with any query.

3. Abandoned Orders

This is a list of orders you added to your basket but never completed the transaction!

Soon, you will be able to continue a recently abandoned order and complete it, to save adding your items back into a fresh basket.

4. Edit Account Details

To correct or change any details, over-type in the relevant boxes, then click 'Save Changes'. Changes are applied instantly. However, any orders already in progress will not be affected.

If an existing order that is currently being processed needs to be update, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

5. View or change entries within my address book

You can view and edit any stored addresses within your own address book. This is particularly useful for multi-site business customers, although is ideal for anyone who wishes their order to be delivered to an address different from the card billing address.

In addition to editing entries already in your address book, you can add new addresses. These can then be selected when placing your next order as an alternate delivery address.

You can open your My Account dashboard by following this link, or by using the 'Your Account' menu button on the main menu from any page within our website. On smaller screens 'Your Account' menu option is replace by a User Icon

Changing your password is really easy! Just follow the steps below:

• Go to 'Edit Account Details' tab in My Account.
• Select 'Modify' from the Change Password option.
• Complete the change password form and select 'Save Changes'.

It’s really important that your new password is secure, we recommend:

• Has at least 8 characters.
• Includes at least one lower case letter.
• Includes at least one upper case letter.
• Includes at least one number and a symbol character.
